1. Order processing time
All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days (except holidays). After the order status is updated to "shipped", you will receive a confirmation email containing the logistics order number.

In case of promotional activities or tight inventory, the processing time may be extended, and we will notify you of the latest progress by email.

2. Delivery area
Supported areas: Currently we provide delivery services to China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the United States, Canada and the European Union.

Remote areas: Some remote areas (such as islands and mountainous areas) may not be delivered. Please contact customer service for confirmation before placing an order.

3. Shipping method and cost

4. International transportation tariffs and taxes
International orders may incur tariffs, import taxes or other fees, which are borne by the buyer.

We cannot predict the specific amount, and it is recommended that you contact the local customs for inquiries.

5. Logistics tracking
After delivery, you will receive an email containing the logistics order number, and you can track the package status in real time through the logistics company's official website or Shopify order page.

6. Delayed or lost package handling
If the package does not arrive after 14-20 days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service (dapanmgstore@dapanmg.com), and we will assist in the investigation and coordinate with the logistics company to handle it.

If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will resend it free of charge or provide a full refund.

7. Return and Exchange and Transportation Responsibility
If the product is damaged during transportation, please take photos and provide evidence within 48 hours after signing for it. We will arrange a return and exchange and bear the shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges not due to quality issues must be borne by the buyer.
